Riverdale Animal Shelter in Brighton, Colorado is an open admissions shelter, meaning they take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. They provide sheltering services for the cities of Brighton, Commerce City, Federal Heights, Northglenn, and Thornton, the towns of Bennett, Hudson, and Lochbuie, as well as Unincorporated Adams County.
The services they supply are invaluable, necessary and caring. If you love animals and it tears at your heart to see them suffer needlessly, We encourage you to donate to this shelter.

Blankets
New or slightly used dog and cat blankets are always appreciated. Blankets keep pets warm and the soft bed they provide is reassuring. Towels are also needed for cleaning and playtime. Items can be donated at the following location

Treats are the much looked forward to part of every pets day. If you have or would like to donate dog and cat treats it would be greatly enjoyed by the eager friends.
